Mentorship
For youth 18 years and above
Powered by Aspire Hub
MATCH-UP is a community-driven mentorship program from Aspire Hub, designed to give our adult members the opportunity to connect for insights, advice, mentorship, getting help, shadowing, and more. This is an opportunity to get, to give or a combination of both.
Are you a recent graduate and would love career or job-search guidance? Are you making a career transition and would love to get some guidance? Do you need help reviewing your college application, resume, cover letter, or just a supportive ear from a caring adult who has gone through your path?
Help is here
Do you have a lot of knowledge to share about growing up?
Choice of college, applying to college, career choices, relationships, dealing with peer pressure or just life coping skills that have worked for you?
Then come match up.
Give a hand, get some help, or both.
This is a global opportunity, distance is not a barrier.

vision for the future
Why We Created The Match-Up Program
We found out that most youth are not employable; they lack the soft skills for job attraction and job retention.
We also found out that most youth lack the connection to resources, formal organizations and social capital that lead to upward mobility. Match-up is a guarantor-based, community-driven one-to-one mentorship program that provides our adult members the opportunity to connect for insights, advice, mentoring, shadowing and more.
Our Approach
Let's Match Up
I can give a hand
When you sign up to give a hand, we will then match you with someone who will benefit from your wealth of experience, knowledge and network. You will need to help your Match for at least four months. You can introduce your match to other people in your network. You can choose to keep the match going afterwards, or take a new match. You can have multiple mentees at a time, it totally depends on you.
I need a hand
When you sign up to get help through our MATCH-UP program, please tell us the areas you need help with in your application form. You will need to commit at least four months to be in touch with your match. Your match is a mentor to you during this period, and he/she will be happy to answer your questions during this time. Your mentor can then opt out of this match-up after 4 months or continue if he/she wishes.
